$35–$40/hr | 10–20 hrs/week | Flexible M–F

Our client is seeking a part-time Personal Bookkeeper to support one individual with both personal and business finances, including multiple LLCs and rental properties. This is a highly trusted, onsite role offering flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to become a key financial partner over time.

What You’ll Do

Bookkeeping & Accounting

• Manage personal bookkeeping and accounting


• Oversee mortgages, credit cards, and bill pay


• Reconcile monthly finances for 6 rental properties


• Support 3 businesses across 10 total LLCs


• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks

Administrative Support

• Provide direct support to one individual in a highly trusted role


• Handle limited personal administrative tasks (e.g., occasional calls to AmEx, booking travel)


• Serve as a reliable, detail-oriented financial point of contact

• Proven experience with personal bookkeeping and QuickBooks
