Job Overview:
The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in supporting the onboarding process for intern candidates. This includes ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed, assisting candidates with system access, addressing questions, and coordinating with team members to resolve any issues. The role requires a mix of in-office and remote work, with a focus on managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist intern candidates with completing onboarding paperwork and system access.
• Provide guidance to candidates on logging into the system and locating necessary documents.
• Address candidate questions and coordinate with team members to resolve issues.
• Process onboarding tasks in SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with handling Private Personal Information (PPI) and Company Sensitive Information.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience with SuccessFactors/Employee Central/SAP.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in various team settings.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalency.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Previous HR experience.

Additional Information:

• Work schedule: 2 days in-office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days remote (Monday, Thursday, and Friday).
• Local candidates only; no travel required.
• No certifications required.

Pay Range: $27.00 - $29.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
