• 10-Hour Shifts, Not 12 : Enjoy 10-hour shifts and a flexible schedule that promotes true work-life balance. No need to design your life around your work schedule. If you prefer 7/7 schedule we can accommodate that too!
• Manageable Workload: 16 shifts per month with majority of shifts at one site. Positions available at Lynchburg General, Southside Community (Farmville), and Bedford Memorial.
• No Procedures Required : 24/7 intensivist coverage and support means no codes, vents, or procedures
• Partnership Opportunity : Guaranteed salary for 2 years with bonuses for extra shifts and volume - then move into productivity and performance model with opportunity for partnership with rewards and clinical practice that come with being an owner.
• Independent Practice: Focus on clinical care and doing what is best for patients with the support of corporate leadership, led by practicing physicians.
