Peraton has an opportunity for you to join our military intelligence program (s) of record to deliver, operate and sustain modernized, transformed data science/ data analysis environments worldwide that enable speedy and precise decision making to warfighters .

Responsibilities:

Th e Senior A naly tic Methodologist – Object Based Intelligence (OBI) supports the development of analytic strategies to resolve key intelligence questions for mission-driven results . Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, and maintain domain-specific ontologies to enable semantic representation of data inputs .

• F acilitat e the integration of data sources and interoperability .

• Design, develop, and maintain knowledge graphs leveraging domain-specific ontologies .

• S upport advanced data querying, data visualization, and integration of intelligence functions via OBI standards .

• Apply semantic web standards ( e.g. RDF, OWL, SPARQL) to knowledge model entities, relationships, and vocabulary in accordance with industry and government data standards .

• Establish processes for ontology version control, change management, stakeholder and governance review .

• E nsure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with IC and DoD policies and standards .

• Collaborate with team members to enhance semantic data retrieval and reasoning across knowledge graphs through development and optimization of data queries via multiple protocols ( e.g. GraphQL , SPARQL, SHACL, SQL) .

• Collaborate with team members to validate and refine exploratory efforts to automate ontologies and associated components .

• E nsure semantic accuracy, relevance, and interoperability with existing knowledge modeling and knowledge graph capabilities .

• Collaborate with team members to evaluate effectiveness of exploratory efforts to automate ontology and associated component generation leveraging qualitative and quantitative metrics .

• Support capability development by contributing, editing, and storing ontologies and knowledge models in Government owned/controlled source version control repositories .

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

• B achelor’s Degree with a m inimum of 8 years of applicable work experience; Master’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience; PhD with a minimum of 3 years of work experience .

• Understanding of object-based intelligence (OBI) principles, workflows, and tradecraft standards

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies.

• Familiarity with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication , analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Intelligence Fundamentals Certification for All Source Analyst .

• Familiarity with government data standards and policies (e.g., IC, DoD) , to include ICD203, Analytic Standards .

• Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.

S ecurity C learance :

This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly, US Citizenship is required t o hold this clearance.

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
