Information Security Engineer – Senior

Join Booz Allen Hamilton to design, implement, and secure enterprise‑level network solutions. Your expertise in DNS, IPAM, and security strategy will protect our infrastructure and support business operations.

What You’ll Work On

• Manage and administer infrastructure firewalls, including day‑to‑day policy maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Advanced administration of Infoblox DNS and IPAM solutions.
• Consolidate alternative DNS solutions into a unified Infoblox platform.
• Improve security posture with existing tools and by evaluating new technologies.
• Administer and tune Web Application Firewalls.
• Implement infrastructure and cybersecurity controls, enhancing detection, vulnerability remediation, and event correlation.

You Have

• 3+ years of experience in information system security.
• Firewall administration experience, including design and implementation.
• DNS and IPAM expertise.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced enterprise environment with minimal oversight.
• Availability for weekly on‑call duties.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice If You Have

• Experience with Check Point firewalls and Cloudflare.
• Experience building technologies for the Zero Trust framework.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS security services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• CISSP certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $99,000 – $225,000 (annualized). Comprehensive benefits include health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for the full benefits package.

Work Model
