Dedicated Local Class A CDL

Polaris Freightways is hiring dedicated Class A CDL drivers for a high-volume grocery store account. This position offers the ultimate work-life balance with home daily schedules and 48-hour resets. You will haul a mix of dry and refrigerated grocery freight to store locations across VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV. We offer industry-leading pay, brand new slip-seat day cabs, and a supportive 24/7 operations team.

Pay & Incentives:

• Weekly Pay: Average $1,400 per week.

• Top Earners: High performers earn over $1,650 per week.

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Total.

• Experience-Based Mileage Pay : from $0,56/mile to $0.63/mile

• Stop Pay: $20 per stop.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Home Daily.

• Consistent Schedule: Work 5 days on, 2 days off.

• Part-Time Option: Flexible 11-29 hours/week available (Fri-Sun shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight: Haul no-touch , live unload grocery freight (dry & refrigerated).

• Equipment: Operate newer model Day Cabs.

• Safety & Service: Prioritize safety and provide exceptional customer service at all delivery points.

Driver Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).

• Customer Service: Patience and professionalism when dealing with store personnel is a must.

• Safety: Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical/drug screen.
