BS/BA with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years (or 4 additional years in lieu of degree).

· 5+ years of Android/iOS mobile development; Flutter experience required.

· Front-end mobile and back-end RESTful API development.

· Java and Node.js application development.

NoSQL and SQL database experience.

· Strong application testing discipline.

· Flutter and Dart experience.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking.

· Experience with Postgres, Spring Boot, SQL, Kafka, MySQL, Struts, Hibernate, Java, JSF, Swing, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular/React.

· Knowledge of software design patterns.

· Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking.

· Agile and service-oriented development practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Experience with DevOps frameworks.

· U.S. Citizen.

· Ability to obtain and maintain a CBP Background Investigation.

· DHS experience good to have

Job Description Position: Full Stack JAVA Developer

Primary Responsibilities

· Support all aspects of software development (designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining products).

· Work independently with minimal supervision.

· Collaborate using Agile SCRUM and SAFe methodologies.

· Translate customer needs into user stories and deliver sprint commitments.

· Mentor software developers.

· Lead sprint demos and retrospectives.

· Develop solutions to technical impediments.

· Communicate technical challenges and recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or Master's with 10–13 years.

· U.S. Citizen able to obtain a CBP Background Investigation/Public Trust.

· 10+ years of Agile/SecDevOps software development.

· Experience with Oracle, SQL, Java, HTML5, JavaScript.

· Frameworks: Angular, React, Spring MVC, Struts, JSF, Spring Boot.

· WebLogic, OpenShift, JDBC, MyBATIS, Hibernate.

· SOAP/REST Web Services, IBM MQ, Kafka, SFTP.

· DevOps tools: Confluence, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, JUnit.

· Knowledge of software design patterns.

· Strong collaboration, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

Desired Qualifications

· Active CBP BI or Top Secret clearance.

· CBP software development experience.

· Selenium or Citrus test automation.

· AWS development experience.

· MarkLogic or other NoSQL database experience.
