Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Adult Daycare Center. This role works closely with the Daycare Director and serves as a key point of contact for participants, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate participant records and files
• Prepare and manage attendance logs and reports
• Assist with billing tasks and documentation

Front Desk & Communication

• Greet participants, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
• Provide general information and support to clients and staff

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule medical and dental appointments for participants
• Coordinate transportation as needed
• Assist with daily scheduling needs for participants and staff

Office Operations

• Support basic questions related to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Monitor inventory of office and medical supplies and reorder as needed
• Assist with day-to-day operational needs of the center

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computer systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
