Job Title: Member Service Representative - Contact CenterJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. The role involves providing information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a high volume contact center.
+ Provide detailed information regarding products and services.
+ Demonstrate active listening and adaptability across multiple systems.
+ Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs.
+ Advise members on additional products and services that suit their needs.
+ Ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
Essential Skills
+ Customer service expertise.
+ Proficiency in data entry.
+ Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
+ Ability to work in a structured environment.
+ Adaptability to high volume calls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, or high volume retail environments.
+ Familiarity with financial products and services is advantageous.

Work Environment
This is a remote opportunity, requiring candidates to reside within 60 miles of Virginia Beach, VA. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365, ensuring availability for members worldwide. We offer flexible shifts with reasonable accommodations to maintain work-life balance. Scheduled breaks and meals must be adhered to, and shifts may require taking back-to-back calls for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
