We are hiring a Structural Design Engineer to join a dynamic team in Roanoke, VA. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000. If you have a passion for designing structural solutions for industrial and manufacturing facilities, this opportunity is for you.

In this role, you will design and engineer structural systems for industrial clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting fieldwork at client sites, taking measurements, and developing design concepts using CAD and structural analysis software. You will collaborate with project teams to create construction documents and present designs to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your ability to manage small projects independently while working effectively within a team will be key to your success.

To qualify, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural preferred) from an ABET-accredited institution and 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing facility design. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT is required, along with in-depth knowledge of concrete and steel design. EIT certification and a desire to pursue a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license are a plus. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
