Job Description:
We are seeking three experienced Lead Full Stack Engineers to join a high-impact engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable applications and services using modern languages, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. You will collaborate across teams to deliver developer platforms and production-ready applications while ensuring performance, reliability, and security. This role is ideal for senior engineers with strong cloud-native development skills and experience building end-to-end systems.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 7 years of software development experience with TypeScript, Golang, or Python .

• 5 years of experience with AWS, CI/CD, and developer workflow automation (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux).

• 4 years of experience with containerization and deployments (Docker).

• 4 years of experience with databases (MySQL or Postgres).

• 4 years of experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CDK).

• 4 years of experience with APM and monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Grafana).

• Experience leveraging AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf) to rapidly prototype features.

• HS Diploma or GED required.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience building Developer Platforms .

• Strong technical documentation skills for engineering audiences.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, EC2, EKS, SQS, SNS, and RDS .

• Experience troubleshooting application code and configurations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering teams.
