As our Freight Dispatcher, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll coordinate shipments, solve real-time challenges, and ensure our drivers are supported every step of the way. What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch freight loads to drivers based on location, availability, and route efficiency.
• Monitor driver progress using GPS tracking and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers to maximize profitability.
• Resolve unexpected issues—weather delays, breakdowns, or last-minute changes—with calm and creativity.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and delivery confirmations.
• Build strong relationships with drivers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in freight dispatching, logistics coordination, or a related transportation role.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency with dispatch software (e.g., Truckstop, DAT, or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
