- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, keeping it clean and organized.
- Assist guests and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor food inventory and restock as needed to ensure availability.
- Working with staff to ensure ordering is sufficient for any special groups arriving
- Clean and sanitize all utensils, dishes, and surfaces in the breakfast area.
- Clean and stock for the following day
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while serving food.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Must be available for early morning shifts and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
