Construction & Industrial Field Labor Specialist
Step into a day on our job sites
Sunup to wrap-up, you’re hands-on: arriving at a construction or industrial site, helping stage materials, checking tools, and getting the crew set for safe, efficient work. As the day unfolds, you back up skilled trades, keep work areas tidy, move and organize supplies, and jump in wherever the team needs you. Clear directions in, quality work out—that’s your rhythm.
What you’ll handle
- Pitch in on site preparation and daily setup
- Work alongside and support experienced trades professionals
- Load and unload materials; keep pathways and work zones clean
- Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks with urgency and care
What you bring
- Hands-on or construction background preferred (any prior field experience is a plus)
- Comfort using common hand and power tools
- Reliability, readiness to work, and a safety-first mindset
Screening requirement
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
