Production Associate
Job Description
The Packager / Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by working on the production line to package finished products, stack materials, and prepare boxes for shipment. This role helps maintain efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced production environment while contributing to a clean and well-organized production area.
Responsibilities
- Work on the production line to package and stack finished products according to established procedures and standards.
- Palletize boxes accurately and efficiently to ensure safe and organized shipment of products.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards at all times to support consistent and reliable operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by regularly clearing debris, organizing materials, and following housekeeping guidelines.
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed, including handling materials, supporting team members, and responding to changing production needs.
- Lift and move raw and finished inventory weighing 50 pounds or more throughout the day to support production and shipping activities.
- 2 to 5 years of production experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day to move raw and finished inventory.
- Experience with packaging, stacking, palletizing, and general warehouse or production labor.
- Commitment to following safety, quality, and production standards consistently.
- Reliability and flexibility to support different shifts and production demands as needed.
- Previous experience working on production lines in a manufacturing plant.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including packaging, stacking, and material handling.
- Comfort working in a structured environment with defined processes and performance expectations.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train on different production lines to support broader operations.

Work Environment
This role is based in a production plant operating Monday through Friday in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work is performed on production lines that involve continuous packaging, stacking, and palletizing of products. Multiple shifts are available, including first shift (approximately 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), second shift (approximately 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.), and third shift (approximately 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), with occasional overtime as needed. The environment requires frequent lifting of 50 pounds or more and regular movement of raw and finished inventory. Teamwork is essential, and employees are expected to follow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Flexibility to support different shifts and changing production demands is important for success in this role.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
