Party Chief Surveyor (Heavy Civil Construction Project)

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services ( . We are currently looking for a Party Chief Surveyor to join our team for a Construction Project in Norfolk, Virginia.

-Project:   tunnel/ highway/bridge/structure

-Estimated duration of the position: 1 year - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.

-Responsibilities:

• Stakeout points on site.
• Monitoring.
• Data Collection.
• Leveling.

-Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Field Surveyor in high precision setting out/checking works, including tasks related to the installation of interior structures in the tunnel, marine works or similar.
• Specific Software User.
• Total Station, Level and GPS expertise user.

-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am-6 pm (10 hours) (1 hour lunch). There is the possibility of working some Saturdays.
