[About Our Client]

[Job Summary]
- The Manager- Simultaneously perform treasury, accounting and insurance tasks.
- Accounting/Treasury will assist in the preparation of the company's financial statements and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and supports Senior Accounting Manager/CFO to drive all formal financial reporting functions, including financial accounting, daily cash flow and month-end close, supported with internal controls to ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transactions

[Job Description]
- Perform monthly closing procedures and balance sheet accounts, as assigned. This includes performing and/or reviewing account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Renew or build new finance loan for investment or operating cash flow.
- Build annual and monthly direct/indirect cash flow budget.
- Renew corporate insurances and resolve the claims with insurance carriers and brokers.
- Determine the adequacy of balance sheet deferrals and accruals.
- Coordinate with External and Internal Auditors for quarterly and annual audits.
- Assist with preparation of US GAAP financial statements and notes.
- Coordinate with plants on production reporting, Cost Accounting and inventory valuation, including driving projects associated with process improvement.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting, analysis and special assignments, as needed.

[Qualifications]
- 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
- Bilingual English and Korean
- Insurance renewal and claim experience preferred.
- CPA and K-Sox experience recommended
- SAP experience preferred.
- Knowledge of internal controls, corporate policies, and compliance.
- Must be an analytical and critical thinker with the ability to dig deep into the details but present high-level findings to management.
- Detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Be proactive and self-motivator with the ability to learn quickly.
