Salary: 16.50
Plant Managers oversee the daily operations of Power Plant, ensuring a smooth flow of customer traffic, compliance, and accurate cash management. They supervise Plant Directors and Gardeners, manage online orders and deliveries, and ensure SOPs are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing duties, cash drawers, and daily deposits per the Cash Management SOP.
- Manage the customer check-in process, verify IDs, and ensure order fulfillment is compliant and efficient.
- Assign and monitor tasks of Plant Directors and Gardeners to maintain operational flow.
- Manage Order Ahead and Delivery processes using digital systems.
- Maintain compliance with all Virginia regulations, Virginia state laws, and company policies.
- Conduct cash drops, payouts, and reconciliations with accuracy.
- Ensure all inventory is accurately received, stored, rotated, and audited (Inventory Control & Inventory Audit SOPs).
- Train, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure a safe, positive store environment.
Compliance & Farm Bill Duties
- Ensure all products meet legal standards under Virginia compliances.
- Verify proper recordkeeping and labeling for all product movements and sales.
- Review all ID verification processes for accuracy.
Schedule
- Morning Shift: 6:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.
- Evening Shift: 2:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m.
