Compensation:$125,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and clear communication at every step.
- Stay informed on luxury market trends and property values to offer clients the most current and relevant information.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings, open houses, and private viewings with a focus on creating a memorable experience.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with a client-first approach, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with a network of industry professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Utilize marketing tools and strategies to effectively promote luxury listings and attract qualified buyers and sellers in the market area.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties, is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of negotiating offers and contracts with integrity and skill.
- Strong communication skills to guide clients through the buying or selling process.
- Attention to detail when managing sensitive information and transactions.
- Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News luxury market is a plus.
- Willingness to stay informed on market trends and provide clients with the latest insights and advice.
