Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor), an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA, is seeking a skilled Drupal Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with the option for hybrid work based in the DMV area.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications.
• Implement custom modules and themes tailored to project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Drupal solutions.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal sites, modules, and integrations.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with Drupal core updates and contributed modules to maintain security and performance.
• Document development processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Provide support and training to end-users when necessary.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing with Drupal (versions 8 or higher preferred).
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience creating and customizing Drupal modules and themes.
• Familiarity with Drupal's API, hooks, and command-line tools such as Drush.
• Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
