The Opportunity ??
We are seeking a Senior Workforce Management Partner to join a mission-driven team focused on strengthening workforce solutions across a national nonprofit network. In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to partner organizations, helping them implement actionable talent strategies to fill critical roles supporting federal programs. ??
You’ll work closely with nonprofit partners to build, grow, and sustain Talent Acquisition programs, while also leading and supporting recruitment consultants who drive full-cycle hiring efforts. This role blends consulting, relationship management, program leadership, and hands-on workforce strategy.

What You’ll Do ?
Serve as the primary workforce advisor to nonprofit partners, guiding recruitment and talent strategy initiatives ??
Proactively engage partners to promote and drive participation in workforce and talent acquisition programs ??
Lead, mentor, and manage Recruitment Consultants, including remote team members ??????????
Support consultants with sourcing strategies, job promotion, and market visibility to attract qualified talent ??
Act as the key liaison for staffing agencies and recruitment vendors, strengthening external partnerships ??
Ensure program timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met—communicating updates as needed ??
Collaborate on training content and best-practice resources to support partner success ??
Partner with Marketing to develop job templates, social media content, and workforce resources ??
Align with finance and procurement teams on grants, contracts, invoicing, and budget management ??
Oversee budgets, ROI, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure program sustainability ??
Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive results ??

Work Environment ??
Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week in the office, remaining days remote
Ideal candidates lives within close proximity to one of the designated office locations

Minimum Qualifications ??
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or Master’s preferred)
7+ years of recruitment experience, including workforce or talent program management
5+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or consulting
3+ years managing recruiters or recruitment consultants (including remote teams)
Proven success managing staffing agency relationships and recruitment vendors
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
High professional integrity and accountability ?

Preferred Qualifications ?
10+ years of relevant experience in workforce strategy, recruitment, or consulting
Experience recruiting diverse talent populations, including individuals with disabilities
Background advising HR or talent leaders on workforce management practices
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried roles
Prior experience within a nonprofit or mission-driven environment
