• Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Jetersville, VA)
• Experience Required: 5+ years in purchasing or procurement (homebuilding experience preferred)
• Skills Needed: Strong communication, team leadership, negotiation, organization, strategic thinking, and detailed execution
• Preferred Skills: ERP and cost-estimating software knowledge is a plus
