Heritage Natural Cafe is looking for an experienced cook, who is hard working, dependable and familiar with natural foods, or willing to learn. Knowledge of vegan foods is a plus! Responsibilities include:
- Support the daily operations of our cafe
- Prepare food items such as salads, soups, sandwiches, and all menu items to order
- Take food and beverage orders (interaction with customers)
- Maintain a clean and orderly dining area
- Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen area
- Working knowledge of inventory and portion control.
- Perform cashier tasks.
- Working within established guidelines and operation procedures
- Able to work a flexible schedule as required.
