Title: Cleared Administrative Professionals – Multiple Roles

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)

ALTA IT Services is hiring mission-driven administrative professionals to support high-profile operations within the Intelligence Community. We have multiple opportunities ranging from multi-functional support roles to high-level executive administration. Available Roles:

1. Support Technician (Support Generalist)

• Provide specialized support across multiple service areas.

• Interface with internal teams, leadership, military personnel, and other government agencies.

• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

• Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service tailored to unique mission requirements.

2. Principal Support Administrator

• Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate schedules.

• Prepare for meetings, compile briefing materials, and coordinate logistics.

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/Full Scope Polygraph clearance (no exceptions).

• Minimum 4 years of administrative, customer support, or executive assistant experience.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Prior experience supporting the Sponsor or other IC agencies.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
