- Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate student
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company

Aerospace Industry Intern
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern who has a strong interest in Aerospace Mechanical Design. As an Aerospace Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced business leaders and product teams and gain hands-on experience in the industry and software development processes. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in our industry solutions and marketing teams, contributing to projects where we are developing software technology-based solutions for our Aerospace and Defense Industry customers. This internship offers a dynamic environment where you can enhance your skills, learn new technologies, and make meaningful contributions to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions that meet client needs and project requirements
- Complete a detail design of aircraft structural components that are intended for Siemens demonstration purposes.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to understand project objectives and timelines
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and trends in mechanical design
- Identify recommendations for growth opportunities, solution development and messaging for large enterprise and small/medium business markets
- Assist in developing solutions for customers through process mapping, understanding Siemens solutions and applying them to generic aerospace products
- Attending training for Siemens software solutions as required
Position Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience utilizing NX
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Prior experience with software projects or internships is a plus, but not required

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. Details regarding our benefits can be found here: .
