Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for a high-energy, outgoing Non-Traditional Marketing Promoter to join our dynamic team.
This is not your typical job—you’ll be out in the field, actively engaging with the public at events, retail displays, and neighborhood campaigns to promote our brand and generate qualified leads.
Ideal candidates are energetic, confident, love interacting with people, and are driven by results.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a proven process to obtain and set appointments
• Share information about Mr. Rogers Windows products and services
• Guide and educate customers through conversations to understand their needs
• Set up and maintain display areas (tables, stands, booths)
• Keep display areas tidy and well-stocked with materials

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and driven
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Professional appearance
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation to various job sites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work full-time 40 hours/week, including weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
• Must own a smartphone with a data plan
