Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving equipment, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the proper segregation and protection of materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation for equipment both within the warehouse and in transit, ensuring accountability at all times. Additionally, you will provide regular reports and recommendations to improve operations and help develop policies and procedures. Coordination with internal and external parties is essential to ensure the smooth receipt, storage, shipping, and accountability of materials. Supervision and training of warehouse personnel will also be under your purview.

Responsibilities

• Receive equipment and update inventory records.
• Ensure materials are documented and protected from damage.
• Maintain proper segregation of materials according to SOPs.
• Document and ensure accountability for equipment in transit.
• Provide reports as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Offer recommendations to improve warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for material management.
• Supervise and train warehouse personnel.

• 5 years experience in warehouse management

• Ability to conduct inventories

Enjoy 120 PTO hours and benefit from quarterly profit sharing. After a 90-day review, you may be eligible for up to a 3% raise, with an annual review offering up to a 5% raise.

Work Environment

Work a 1st shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role requires 25% travel, with the need to be prepared for up to one week away per month.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
