The Military Future Plans Analyst will be responsible for supporting initiatives on a complex Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) business transformation program, with a responsibility to articulate BUMED’s interests and positions on mission, policy, and capability. They will conduct analyses and apply findings to drive progress across the enterprise . This individual will provide consulting and program management support across a variety of domains including organizational change, operational plans, policy, and analytical support.

The Consultant will also support business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

What You Will Do :

• Assist with the development of analyses to address priority BUMED initiatives.

• Develop slide decks / presentations and Memorandums to/from DoD Senior Leaders.

• Support wargaming, experimentation, studies, and exercise and operational planning where required.

• Oversee change management communications, training, and pilot programs.

• Assist with strategic Navy Medicine efforts and provide organizational program support

• Prepare written materials to communicate findings to local and organizational leadership.

• Develop weekly and monthly reports/deliverables to show progress, as well as document lessons learned.

• Coordinate and support client meetings.

What You Will Need :

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

• THREE (3) or more years of general consulting experience or other relevant experience

• Military experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to executive leadership.

• Ability to handle demanding situations with clarity, focus and professionalism, and respond quickly to quick turnaround taskers.

• Ability to devise creative solutions and identify client challenges.

• Ability to organize, perform, and track multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

• Ability to manage deadlines and recurring deliverables.

• Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications.
