We are seeking a detail-oriented professional Data Entry Associate for a one-month data integrity project. This role focuses on the high-volume migration, auditing, and management of donor records within our CRM and document management systems. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual who thrives in autonomous environments and maintains high levels of accuracy while handling sensitive information.
Location: Arlington, VA (On-site)Compensation: $23.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Duration: 1 Month (Project-based through May)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately upload and attach digital documents to specific constituent records within the CRM (Salesforce/Raiser’s Edge).
- Utilize software such as PaperSave or SharePoint to review, categorize, and archive financial and donor files.
- Perform meticulous "spot checks" to ensure every scanned document is legible, correctly labeled, and linked to the proper profile.
- Maintain a consistent pace to meet project deadlines without sacrificing the uniformity or integrity of the data.
- Uphold strict discretion when handling sensitive financial documents and private donor correspondence.
- Work independently to achieve daily quotas while proactively communicating with the team to clarify ambiguous records or instructions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, etc.) is highly preferred; must have the ability to learn new software interfaces rapidly.
- Proven track record of high-accuracy data entry and document review.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously toward shared organizational goals.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in nonprofit operations or fundraising.
- Familiarity with donor documentation and gift materials.
