A highly rated skilled nursing and long-term care community in the DMV area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care. This role leads nursing teams, supports care delivery and regulatory compliance, partners closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary leadership, and ensures adherence to state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with leadership experience in SNF or senior living, strong clinical expertise, and a compassionate, hands-on management style.
