Role Summary

Our client, a growing civil engineering and land development firm, is seeking a Civil Engineer to support and lead site development and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to take on increasing project ownership, contribute to design and planning efforts, and work closely with clients and internal teams across the full project lifecycle.

• Lead and support civil engineering and land development projects from planning through final delivery

• Prepare and oversee civil/construction plans, drawings, and technical documentation

• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communications

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders

• Review design work for accuracy, constructability, and regulatory compliance

• Support site development planning, infrastructure design, and site analysis

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to overall team development

• Participate in proposals, client meetings, and business development activities as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 2+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development

• Direct experience with civil/construction plan preparation

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• U.S. work authorization required

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development

• Project management experience and client-facing experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or active pursuit of licensure

• Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000 annually, with flexibility for highly experienced candidates

• Onsite role
