Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our team at Primero Staffing. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, assisting with various tasks related to machine setup, operation, maintenance, and quality control. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate machinery according to established guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient production.
2. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production.
3. Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
4. Quality Control: Inspect products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specified standards and requirements.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine operation, maintenance activities, and production output.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth production operations and timely order fulfillment.
8. Training Participation: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of machinery and production processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and operations is a plus.
• Understanding of safety procedures and guidelines within a manufacturing setting.
