Entry Level Event Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the setup and execution of live events, community outreach programs, and charity fundraising campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, event coordination, customer service, public relations, and community engagement .

No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Job Summary

The Entry-Level Event Assistant will assist with day-to-day event operations, including setup, guest support, and event breakdown. This role focuses on creating a positive attendee experience while supporting smooth event execution for promotional and community-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, signage, and promotional materials
• Support on-site event operations during community outreach and promotional events
• Greet and assist attendees in a professional and friendly manner
• Distribute marketing materials, event information, and promotional items
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of event areas throughout the event
• Work closely with event staff and team leads to ensure successful execution
• Follow instructions and support general event-day tasks as needed
• Represent clients, brands, and charitable organizations in a professional manner

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (entry-level position with paid training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Ability to stand and remain active during event shifts
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
