Part-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Ambassador to join our team at Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 105-bed skilled rehabilitation facility in Charlottesville. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients, and we are looking for a friendly and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors.

About the Role:

As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, directing them to their destinations, and announcing them to the appropriate staff member

• Answering and screening phone calls, providing basic information when needed, and forwarding calls to the appropriate staff member

• Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, and couriers

• Maintaining security by controlling access and monitoring logbooks

• Updating appointment calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments

• Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in similar roles

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Professional appearance

• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
