Primary Responsibilities

• Complete internal job file quality reviews
• Prepare estimates and billing invoices
• Coordinate crew and job scheduling
• Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Assist other departments, as needed

Our normal business hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday.

After 90 days you will receive paid holidays and after 60 days health benefits if you opt to go into the health insurance.

One weeks paid vacation after the first year of employment, two weeks paid vacation each year after that.

Simple retirement plan that you can opt to go into after one year. We will match up to 3% of your pay.
