Contract / Acquisition Support Intermediate - TS/SCI CI Poly
Department: Government Customer- Chantilly
Location: Chantilly, VA
ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH CI POLY REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
Position Overview:
Support the Government across the full acquisition lifecycle to enable successful delivery of mission requirements. Track contract actions, support pre- and post-award activities, and provide acquisition and contracting support in accordance with Federal and NRO policies.
Responsibilities:
- Possess working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), NRO Acquisition Manual (NAM), and source selection processes
- Act as a business advisor to Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTRs) on acquisition strategies, contract types, and contracting methods
- Support pre-award activities including acquisition plans, contract documentation, proposal evaluations, and cost/price analysis
- Support industry communications and development of negotiation positions
- Coordinate required reviews and approvals
- Support post-award contract administration and execution
- Process and track invoices and requests for contract actions
- Maintain contract files and acquisition databases
- Support compliance reviews and assist in resolving contract performance issues
- Prepare contract status reports and documentation for Government leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
- Equivalent education and experience supporting IC or DoD environments
