As a Communications Assistant , you’ll play a key role in supporting live events, promotional campaigns, and community initiatives . Your efforts will help create positive attendee experiences, boost brand awareness , and ensure smooth event operations from setup to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of live events , promotional activities, and community campaigns

• Engage with attendees, answer questions, and share key information about clients or causes

• Support event setup, teardown, logistics, and on-site operations

• Represent clients and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Collect attendee feedback and provide insights to the leadership team

• Maintain clear communication with event managers and team members throughout events

• Ensure consistent and positive brand messaging in all in-person interactions

• Provide general support to the event operations team as needed
