Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead janitorial staff. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong leadership skills, and ensure all facilities are maintained to high cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train janitorial staff across assigned facilities
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule
Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and compliance
Manage staff schedules, timekeeping, and task assignments
Order and track cleaning supplies and equipment
Address client or management concerns in a professional manner
Enforce safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals
Communicate effectively with staff and management in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous janitorial or custodial supervisory experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
