Powder Coating Supervisor Details:

• Temporary position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Supervise daily powder coating operations, including preparation, application, and curing of finishes.
• Lead and train the team, ensuring consistent quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality, color consistency, and proper surface finish.
• Maintain equipment and materials, including scheduling preventative maintenance and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Powder Coating Supervisor Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on powder coating experience, including surface preparation, application, and curing. (Candidates with extensive supervisory or lead experience may succeed with 2–3 years of powder coating.)
• Strong knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes, including spray booths, curing ovens, and quality control.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or trade training in finishing/manufacturing are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or mentor a team

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
