Event Assistant - Entry-Level
We are a fast-growing event marketing organization working with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and charitable causes. Our mission is to support fundraising efforts through engaging, face-to-face charity events, community outreach campaigns, and live promotional activations .
We are currently hiring Entry-Level Charity Event Assistants to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start a career in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, public relations, or community engagement . No experience is required—paid training is provided.
Position Overview
As a Charity Event Assistant, you will help execute live fundraising events and community-based promotional campaigns on behalf of nonprofit organizations. You will engage directly with the public to help raise awareness, encourage participation, and support donation-driven initiatives.
This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, people-focused environments with a purpose-driven mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and execution of charity fundraising events
- Engage with the public to promote nonprofit campaigns and causes
- Communicate the mission and impact of charitable organizations
- Support donation and outreach efforts during live events
- Help coordinate event logistics, materials, and on-site operations
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence
- Work closely with team members and event leadership
- Represent nonprofit partners with integrity and enthusiasm
Training & Development

Qualifications
- No experience required—entry-level applicants encouraged to apply

- Comfortable speaking with the public in face-to-face settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation preferred
