Job Summary

Join a team committed to excellence and premier hospitality. As the Space Utilization Coordinator, you’ll oversee meeting space reservations, ensuring optimal use of conference center facilities. You’ll coordinate with planners, audit bookings, resolve conflicts, and support large events—all while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assign meeting spaces based on availability and event needs.
• Audit reservations to prevent conflicts and maximize space usage.
• Collaborate with planners to support large or complex events.
• Track and report declined/canceled meetings and space utilization trends.
• Suggest creative solutions for space optimization.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and large teams.
• Proficient in Google Suite and event management systems (e.g., EMS, Delphi).
• Committed to delivering exceptional service and upholding company values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in a conference or corporate setting preferred.
• Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
