We are looking to hire a Member Representative - Call Center for our fast-growing team in Waynesboro, Virginia!

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our service center. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you!

What You'll have the Opportunity to do

• Provide exceptional member service through telephone inquiries to include deposit and loan accounts while matching the right products and services to meet the needs of each member.
• This position offers a dedicated career development plan to advance the knowledge and skills to provide full service for each member experience.
• Serve as trusted advisors by building strong relationships and always acting in the best interests of our members.
• Inform, educate, and advise members of DCCU's products and services that contribute to their financial health and well-being.
• Execute member requests to include transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, stop payments, etc.; and trouble shoot and resolve issues that may arise involving the various electronic channels.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on professional and effective telephone skills to uphold quality standards while servicing both internal and external members.
• High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team and department goals while promoting a positive team environment.
• Strong regard for confidential and sensitive information
• They will also have demonstrated a desire to develop and grow in their career.
• Both oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred.
