CMA's Richmond Dealerships are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Whether you are an experienced automotive sales professional or looking to start a career in the industry, we provide the training and support to help you succeed!
As a Product Specialist/Sales Associate at CMA, you will:
- Work with a positive and supportive sales culture, collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Engage customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
- Generate sales leads through innovative video marketing and social media posts.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and thank them for choosing our dealership. Build rapport and foster loyalty by staying in touch and being a reliable resource for all their automotive needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency for using customer management software and completing digital paperwork.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Must have a valid driver’s license
