ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer, TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Chantilly, VA

The qualified ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer must have an active TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph security clearance. This position is 100% Onsite.

ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer Responsibilities:

– Be responsible for planning and arranging the labor, schedules, software and diagnostics required for testing and evaluating both standard and special devices.
– Specify tests to be performed and provide test area with parameters for sample testing.
– Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment and diagnostics, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
– Be responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
– Apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives.
– Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
– Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
– Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
– Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
– Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
– Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
– May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree.
– Experience with ServiceNow is required.
– Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
– DoD Directive 8570.01-M Certification preferred.
– Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation preferred.
