Director of Operations - Virginia (Market Leader) - Richmond, Fredericksburg, Harrisonburg, Winchester, Virginia Beach

At GO, we believe that when we care for our Teammates and develop strong leaders, everything else falls into place: happy customers, high-performing teams, and successful business results.We’re looking for an experienced and driven Market Leader to oversee 20 car wash sites across Virginia, spanning Richmond, Fredericksburg, Harrisonburg, Winchester, and Virginia Beach. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on operational excellence, people development, and full ownership of your market’s financial performance and culture. What You’ll Do:

• Own the full P&L for your market—drive revenue, control labor and inventory, and manage expenses to meet or exceed EBITDA goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and Site General Managers to deliver top-tier customer service and operational execution.
• Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement—where teammates are engaged, performance is high, and values are lived daily.
• Partner cross-functionally with Facilities, HR, Marketing, and other support teams to ensure sites are fully staffed, maintained, safe, and customer-ready.
• Execute and coach on local sales initiatives, service consistency, fleet growth, and community engagement.
• Develop your bench—identify and grow high-potential leaders and prepare them for the next level.
• Monitor key performance indicators across safety, teammate engagement, labor efficiency, membership sales, and more.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented business.
• Car wash or automotive experience a strong plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated success in financial management, people leadership, and culture-building.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to travel regularly across your market and maintain high visibility and connection to your teams.

• Starting $110,000 base salary, plus up to 20% annual bonus based on company and individual performance. Offer dependent based on experience, location and skills.
