Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift Name: Days
• Working Hours: M-F 8-5
• Patient Sessions: 40 min sessions, no double booking
• Support Staff: 2 PTAs for support
• Patient Age Range: 16+
