Warehouse Associate (Bilingual)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate in Lincolnia VA 22312 with $17.00/hr pay for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity . It will will support daily warehouse operations and assist with counter sales as needed. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates and those with prior industry experience are highly preferred. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, experience using forklift, wire cutting machine and other material handling aid.

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break)

Dress Code:  Company shirt and jeans

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Assist with counter sales and provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and safely handle materials throughout the warehouse.
• Use wire-cutting machines and other tools to prepare materials according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and basic warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
