- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Use your knowledge of child development to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in order to help them achieve developmental milestones.
- Engage children with different types of fun and stimulating activities such as: singing, reading, crawling/cruising/walking, and art activities.
- Communicate efficiently with your co-teacher to ensure quality of care for children.
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Complete training that provides comprehensive insight on childcare and child-development topics.
- Implement curriculum and lesson plans while creating fun and interactive learning experiences.
- Individuals who are energetic and passionate about working with children, who are patient and nurturing
- Those with experience working with children of all ages.
- Experience working in a licensed childcare center or related field
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have completed a high school diploma or equivalent
- Individuals who are available for a regular schedule of 10:00- 6:00 PM Monday-Friday
- For SUMMER CAMP teacher: Valid Drivers License and the ability to drive a 15 passenger van
- Hold CDA or other associate's degree or higher
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)
