Transportation Analyst

Overview

As someone who is in the early stages of your professional journey, in this role you will absorb, explore, and gain experience by diving into a wide variety of transportation projects. The goal is to build a solid breadth of core skills, form dependable work habits, and grow into a trusted contributor.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (planning, engineering, or similar)
  • Clear passion for transportation and desire to become a consultant

Compensation and Benefits

At Kittelson, our approach to compensation and benefits is built around a few core principles:

  • We take the long view and think in terms of total compensation, which goes well beyond base salary and encompasses retirement planning, insurance, time-off benefits, professional development opportunities, and a year-end performance bonus open to all team members
  • Incorporate choice and flexibility, knowing each of our team members has unique circumstances and benefit preferences
  • Continuously monitor and adapt by keeping a pulse on external market pay and trends in the geographies where we operate

The range for this position is $78,000-100,000, which is a combination of your base salary plusan employer-funded 401K retirement contribution (no match required and no vesting period). Position in this range is determined by candidate’s education level, experience, and location.
