We’re a fast-growing company known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and record vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment disbursements and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Support continuous improvement of AP processes
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma (accounting/finance education a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Construction accounting experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
